Coaching | Therapy | Leadership

I am a qualified and experienced CBT therapist. I have many years experience in senior leadership positions in children services and served as a Director of Education and Children’s services for eight years. I am a psychology graduate with qualifications in Social Work and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also have an MBA. The people I work with achieve high levels of change and recovery. All sessions are done virtually; research shows that these are equally effective as face-to-face. Many people prefer this: it saves you time and means we can work together wherever you are based.

Coaching

Coaching is about working alongside you to identify problems or things that you want to improve. This may be in relation to your life generally, issues at work, or in your close relationships.

Leadership

Leadership coaching sessions focus on Making a Difference as a leader. Participants will develop their awareness, confidence and skills in leadership, utilising cognitive behavioural coaching.

Many of us experience mental health problems at some point in our lives. Cognitive behavioural therapy can help modify negative thoughts, recognise “triggers” & learn new ways of thinking & behaving.
